1. About this policy
This policy explains how ParthAI Private Limited, Pilani, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333031, India ("ParthAI", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through our company website www.parthai.com (the "Website") and when you contact us about our products and services. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
Our software products have their own policies. Each ParthAI software product (such as ParthEdu, ParthRetail, ParthSolar, ParthHealth and ParthPrint) has its own privacy policy, shown on that product's website or inside the product. That policy — not this one — covers the data you or your organisation enter in the product.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry or demo request (the forms on the home, contact and product pages), we collect what you type in:
- your name and mobile number (required), and whether you use WhatsApp on it;
- optionally, your email, organisation, city, the products you are interested in, your answer to the product question, budget, timeline and message.
Along with the form we record:
- which form and page you used, and the date and time you sent it;
- your IP address and your browser and device details (user agent).
To stop spam, the Website issues a short-lived form token and, when needed, a simple picture check. It keeps your IP address and mobile number in server memory for up to a day to count submissions and limit abuse; these counters are not stored in a database.
Technical logs. Like every website, our servers and hosting provider keep basic request logs (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser details) for security and to fix errors.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive your number or email address and whatever you choose to share.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or other financial information on the Website.
3. Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, call or message you back and arrange a demo;
- to prepare a quotation or proposal you ask for;
- to keep the Website secure and stop spam and misuse;
- to follow the law.
You give your consent by sending the form. We use your number and email only to contact you about your enquiry and the products or services you asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are sent from the Website's server straight to the ParthAI Portal, our internal system for managing enquiries and customers. Only ParthAI staff who handle sales and support can see them there. The enquiry is stored with your form details, the page, IP address and browser details listed above.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Website does not set cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. The form keeps what you type only in the page while you fill it in.
The Website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.
If you follow a link to WhatsApp, a product's website or another site, that site's own policy applies.
6. Who else processes it
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Website:
- Railway (Railway Corporation): hosting for the Website and the ParthAI Portal, including their databases and logs.
- Google: Google Fonts, as described above.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp providers: when we reply to you through them.
Data may be stored or processed in data centres outside India, as permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act. We may also share data when the law or a government authority requires it. Payments for our products are handled by Razorpay on the product's own checkout; we do not see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for as long as needed to serve you if you become a customer. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
- Spam-protection counters in server memory are cleared within a day.
- Records needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes are kept as long as the law requires.
- Deleted data may stay in our backups for a limited time, until those backups expire.
8. Security
We follow reasonable security practices under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access only for the staff who need it, and spam and abuse protection on our forms. We report incidents to CERT-In where the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of your personal data and how it is used;
- correct or update it;
- erase it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent;
- name another person to use these rights if you die or cannot act;
- hear and resolve a grievance.
Write to support@parthai.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
The Website is meant for businesses and adults. Please do not send us an enquiry if you are under 18; ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with its date. See also our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Grievance Officer
Complaints and concerns about personal data may be sent to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
