Terms & Conditions

This website, www.parthai.com (the "Website"), is run by ParthAI Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Pilani, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333031, India ("ParthAI", "we", "us"). By using the Website or buying from us, you ("you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

• Software products — online software for schools, retail, solar businesses, healthcare and printing (ParthEdu, ParthRetail, ParthSolar, ParthHealth and ParthPrint), sold as subscriptions.
• Custom work — websites, apps and custom software built for a client.

Product descriptions, features and prices on the Website are for information and may change. What you buy is what is set out in the order, plan or proposal you accept.

• Software subscriptions are governed by that product's End User Licence Agreement and Terms of Use, which you accept when you sign up or sign in to the product, together with its privacy and refund policies.
• Websites, apps and custom software are governed by the written proposal, quotation or agreement we share with you and you accept (the "Proposal") — its scope, price, milestones, timelines and ownership terms.
• These terms apply to everything not covered there. If they conflict, the product's agreement or the Proposal prevails.

• Give true details when you send us an enquiry.
• Do not misuse the Website: no spam, automated submissions, attempts to break its security, or anything unlawful.
• The Website, its text, design, logos and the ParthAI name and marks belong to ParthAI. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Links to other websites (such as WhatsApp or our product sites) are for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes are extra unless the price says it includes them.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Bank transfers to our company account are also accepted where agreed.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for each period. Custom work is paid as set out in the Proposal, usually an advance and then milestone payments.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All ParthAI products and services are digital and delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically. Software products are made available by giving you access to your account, normally right after sign-up or within one working day of payment. Custom work is delivered online (for example as a live website, an app build or a code handover) on the timeline set out in the Proposal. If you do not receive access you have paid for, contact us and we will sort it out promptly.

How we handle personal data on the Website is explained in our Privacy Policy. Each software product has its own privacy policy for the data you enter in it.

The Website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, ParthAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Liability for a product or project is as set out in that product's agreement or the Proposal.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with its date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Subject to the dispute-resolution terms of a product's agreement or a Proposal, the courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan and the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan (Jaipur Bench) have exclusive jurisdiction.
